5th Gin Fire is a sweet pink gin from the 5th Distillery in Barcelona, Spain. It is one of their "Elements" range, which also includes Water, Earth and Air and this Fire gin symbolises the red and orange elements from berries and oranges.
The gin is an almost bubble-gum pink colour from macerated red berries including raspberries and strawberries. You will also pick up notes of gooseberry and currents.
We deliver this gin with 6 bottles of Franklin Rhubarb & Hibiscus tonic to draw on that sweetness and giving some balancing tartness to the drink along with a garnish of rose petals to being some perfume type fragrance to your glass.
