Covid-19 FAQ's

Our opening hours can be found at the bottom of every page on our website. We are currently open Wednesday to Sunday and accepting bookings up until July 19th when a review of the current Covid restrictions is expected.

We have a brand new Summer 2021 menu for you. These are all printed on disposable and recyclable paper so each menu is for single use only and you are free to take it home with you or we will recycle it.

We will not be distributing our gin book until further notice, so if you would like a gin not on the menu, please ask a member of the team.

At the moment we are not serving our food platters and sharers but we do have our existing range of snacks and nibbles available.

Booking is highly recommended for inside and outside. We have a reduced capacity inside so to guarantee a table we do recommend booking. You can book a table for any day that we are open here.

Under the current restrictions, table sizes are limited to 6 people from 2 households. Bookings are for 1.5hrs per table but you may be able to stay longer if we have a table available. Please ask a member of the team on arrival and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We are required to take details in the form of name and phone / email address for every guest. You can do this via the NHS Track & Trace app upon arrival or providing your details to a member of the team.

Of course. We will always try and accommodate you where possible if tables are available and we have a few tables exclusively for walk-ins.

If you are early for your booking and tables are available, you are welcome to sit there and enjoy a drink whilst you wait for your table.

Yes. We have a large seating area outside which is part of our premises. This means you will still receive full table service and access to our entire menu.

 
Outside tables are available to book on the website for groups of 2-6 people.

Our outside area is both heated and covered so you can sit out all year round.

Yes!

You will have a server who will take orders and deliver all drinks and nibbles to your table. We ask that you avoid moving around the venue if possible and adhere to social distancing between you, our staff and other guests.

During Covid we are operating a cashless bar at this stage so payments can only be made via debit, credit card, Apple Pay or with vouchers. We ask that where possible you pay with a contactless card and the limit for this payment is £45.

Your server will have their own card terminal for you to use and these will be sanitised between each transaction.

You must wear a face covering when moving around the venue, such as to use the toilet. Face coverings are not required whilst you are sitting at your table.

Face coverings for customers are not provided in the bar.. Our staff all have their own face coverings.

The health and safety of you and our staff is our number one priority. We have added a host of extra precautions to keep everyone safe:

1. Our staff will be wiping down all public surfaces more regularly than normal. This includes tables and chairs in between guests, doors, our staircase, contact points and the toilets.

2. There will be a number of hand sanitiser points throughout the bar and in the toilets.

3. We have more cleaning materials, clothes and disposable equipment to maintain the highest standards throughout service.

4. We have professional cleaners who come to the bar every morning to clean the whole premises.

Yes. Our main door is an entrance only for all guests, sitting inside or outside. Your server will greet you and escort you to your table, ensuring you keep at least 1 metre from other guests.

We then have a separate exit door for guests with signage on walls and on the floor to guide you through the venue in a one way system.
